I hate the day my daughter sign a contract with sprint and that I agreed to get a phone under her plan. We have been having problems 2 to 3 months after we got he phone. We've called over and over and over again they tell you the same thing but nothing working. Spoke with several manager's neither of them care. They give $25 credit to keep you quit. But still the problem is still there. I'm messing very Important calls. I'm talking on the phone, the call drop, I'm on the phone the person on the other end cant hear or the sound is going in and out. I am so done with sprint. Sprint don't care
