I called Verizon to inquire about my phone bill being too high. They told me about a premium messaging service I must have signed up for. I haven't, I didn't, I don't know what the hell they are talking about. He did remove the charge immediately and said he would block the company. To my knowledge I have never received a text message other than from a known person. Verizon should be doing a better job of protecting their customers from this type of scam! I was pissed!
