AutoFuturetraders.com called promising a reasonable rate of return on a $2500 investment for a moneyback guaranteed licensing fee of $6000 for an automatic trading system. During the first few months the trades lost. An email to their web site got an immediate response from their response team saying they had been watching the trading action and had tweaked the program to improve the results. After a year and a loss of $1200 on an investment of $5000 I have been trying to obtain a refund of the licensing fee. Unfortunately, it appears they are no longer in business and don't answer their phone or email contacts. Getting a refund appears to be problematic. A conversation with the credit card company says they can't refund the money because the company says they have not received a request via mail within thirty days of the end of the 12 month period. Of course if they don't answer the mail, email or phone, it is hard to register a refund request. I'm still trying to get them to honor their agreement.
