Bought the epower and profits from a television ad for 29.95 it was delivered within 7 days. I made it very clear I wanted no other products or services, the salesperson had to get his supervisor to speak with me because I wanted no other products or services. Then I thought everything was ok.
This month I recieved a bill for 34.95, I called to find out what this charge was for and they said this was for a service I had to cancel within 30 days or would be charged. I was told they have tapes of the script they use, and I said send them to me as I made it very clear I wanted no other product or services.
To make a long story short they hung up on me when I wanted to take this further up. I cancelled my credit card and I'm disputing the claims, but what a pain this is going to be. I'm just glad I caught as quick as I did. I just wish I had checked them out better sooner. They are getting lots of folks with their illegal actions, If someone starts a class-action I'm in.
