Do not deal with this company! It is either not a real company or just a scam.

This company advertises on Facebook.

I placed and order and payed for it, and the credit card charges showed up on the card but thier website has no order for me. Currently dealing with the credit card company to get charge cancelled.

I doubt they are even real Uggs, even if you do get merchandise from this company—coming from China they are probably knockoffs.
