Recieved a text that said my entry last month Won a 1000.00 gift card to Target. I did fill out a Target survey last month and was excited thinking I really may have won. I went to the site to fill in the winning code and nothing happened. I am so upset that people can mess around like this. I am struggling through the holidays and was hoping to make my childrens Christmas better with this!!!
