I paid $99 to Dealboard for a GPS st nav device in June. It came 6 weeks later. The device doesn't work.

In September I paid them $299.00 for a foam mattress and pillows. It's now 11 weeks later and I still have not received the goods.

I have emailed them, phoned them many times over the last 6 weeks. After threating them with legal action they said they would refund me the $299 and that I "should have it in 2 weeks."

I have NO confidence in them. They appear to be fraudulent. I want my $400 back as my wife and I are pensioners and can't afford to lose this amount of money.
