Complaint / Review
San Diego Police Department
West Divison Selective Enforcement ripoff

Approxmatly 2:35pm I was driving home from school. While I was driving I decided to go to the park to work out. When I was driving toward the park I took a look at my rear mirror and I saw a red and blue light flashing, so I pull over. Then two police officers came out from the same car. One officer came to my passanger window and the other officer came to my window. The officer who came to my window i have indintfy him. His name is Officer S. Holden.

Officer S. Holden came to my window said to me "Do you know why we pull you over", so I reply back "No officer" He said "The reason why we pull you over because you have a modify exhuast" and I told the officer "I do not have modify exhuast". Then I notice this punk ass cop just want to screw me over because I live in the ghatto, and think I am not educated person who don't know my rights.

Then Officer S. Holden said to me "That he could hear my exhuast three car away". Officer S. Holden try to make up some other BS and said "I don't have no front lic. Plate." Then I reply back "I do have a front lic. Plate.", So officer S. Holden told his partner to go check my front bumper to see if I have my front lic. Plate.

While his partner was checking my front lic. Plate Officer S. Holden ask me another qustion "have I convicted for any crime?" I told him "No" because I was scare and nervous, so i lie to him. When Officer S. Holden find out that I have a crimnal record. He said to me in a mad tone "Stop fu*ing playing games with me". I reply to him "that I got convicted shoplifting 4 year ago." Then he told me he going to give me a warning for the loud exhuast. So I went home and check my exhuast, and have my girlfriend step on the gas, and my exhuast is so silent wasn't loud.

I feel like this punk cop just violated my right. I have a buddy cops that told me that no cops could pull you over with out a driven violation.
