I received an email telling me that I had an automatic charge going to Cleverbridge INC for $80.00 There was a play to click if I didn't approve this transaction. I have never heard of this company and had not authorized any sort of automatic payment so I clicked on the link to cancel. This link took me to what looked like a PayPal website. However, it was asking for credit card info as well as my SS# in order to log in. I had an uneasy feeling about this. I decided to go to PayPal manually and log in. At the REAL PayPal website it only asked for my email and password as usual. As I got looking around in my PayPal account there was not a charge that I could find... Thus far. Still, I believe it was all a scam to get me to put all of my information on to the fake PayPal page so that someone or company could have it and use it. Scum like this should be jailed. Luckily I listened to my gut and didn't fall for it.
