Ianswered an advert on facebook for a one off sample of Sylkskin and lisoskin pp only recieved them 2weeks later no problem. 3weeks later 2transactions for £64 and £68 were taken from my bank then when the goods arrived i was told by The post office that i had to pay customs of £20 pounds for each item i refused. Today i have found that i have been charged another £64 despite my bank telling me they were monitoring my account. What do i do this company does not answer emails or phone calls.
