I did not authorize these charges and I use this account only for emergencies. I usually do not check my statement online for this account, I would only check the balance from time to time and I did not review my statements until today. I found out that WC Mon ValuePlus has been taking $24.95 out of my account for 17 months illegally since August for a total of $424.15 and ironically they did not take anything out of my account for November and this is when I discovered some odd purchases on my account which turned out to be okay I just did not recognize the address that was listed on the account. However, I need to know what steps I need to take to cease this illegal charge on my account and have my money refunded in total for $424.15 and is there a way that I can prosecute for this illegal act.
