I received the wrong bag, so i emailed my complaint. They emailed me back and said that I needed to take a picture of the bag and send it. I sent the picture and they emailed back confirming that the order was wrong. They apologized for the mistake and I understood. They wanted to give me a 20.00 discount off of my next purchase. All I want is my bag, I was not asking to keep the wrong one. I explained that they should send me a box to return the mistake and then they could send me the correct bag. They are refusing to send me my bag unless I pay. This was not my mistake so I should not have to pay any amount to get the bag I originally ordered and already paid for. Please help me get my bag!
