I ordered 5 month supply for $148.00 and it does not list the ingredients plus it is not the same product as was endorsed by Dr. Oz. I called the phone number from Quest Labs 888-497-6012 and all it says is "an application error has occurred". This product came with no paperwork and no way of returning it. I now see many other complaints and it is a scam.
