I was typing my name in Google website while applying for management positions. My photo popped up under Google search from a case where I was convicted at 15 years old, waived into adult court, 15 years ago! I have completed my sentence, and probation and been out of the court system for 9 years and just NOW I see my name on Google search. I have established myself in several reputable job positions and this will only hurt my life, not help it go in the right direction if Google search puts it on their first search page! I am angry and mortified, this was JUST put up this August. When you try to Unpublish your name, it sends you to a site where it asks for $399 per offense/charge! Then apparently when you pay that it redirects you to another page asking for more money. How can such a scam or online bribery system exist?
