My wife responded to a pop-up ad from FondScents offering a free bottle of perfume for just $5.99 shipping and handling. Today I noticed a pending $95 chrge against my bank card from FondScents. We called them on their listed tel. No. (888) 387-0420 and they pointed out that had she read the Terms and Conditions i.E. Small print, she would have seen that she had ten days to cancel before being billed the full price of $95. The 10 days includes the shipping interval as well. Furthermore, failure to cancel put her on a subscription for a new bottle of perfume, at full price plus S & H, EVERY 30 DAYS! She talked to some clown named Al, at the above Tel. No. Who said he could do nothing about the current charge, but he would remove her from the ongoing subscription list. She received a cancellation notification via e-mail about 15 minutes later.
