These people withdrew $39.63 from my bank account electronically without my approval or consent. I don't know who they are and where they retrieved my banking information. I reported it to my bank, who wanted to charge me $30.00 for a "stop payment". How can they charge a stop payment fee when I did not approve the withdrawal. After a half hour on the phone with the bank, I had to visit a local branch office to rectify this mistake.
