I was on the JC peneey site and a survey popped up i thoguht was JC Penney they scammed me into a watch for taking the survey then low and behold all these charges start showing up and they sending me free gifts - HA HA - if it was free why do i get these charges. When taliking with a lady she said i should not have agrred to terms - I never saw any terms and conditions. I thought i was paying 5.99 for a watch. Very disappointewd that this time of the year they scam people w/o us knowing. Who is looking out for us consumers!!!
