BTO Support.com, a company I have never heard of, charged my debit card $2.50 on 11/23 and $39.95 on 11/25. I called the phone number listed and was left on hold with nice music with no response. I tried their 24/7 live chat line and was asked to give personal info and the last 6 digits of my card number. I did not because I simply wanted their info so I could send them a Christmas gift. Go figure.
