As other complaints, I have received two text messages in about a 3 hour time span (one at 10:58 AM from #951-902-5862 and the second text at 2:01 PM from #951-902-5976) stating I had won contest by SMSCaster.com. I was to go to TargetContests.net and enter winning code # 54656 to claim my FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hr. I remembered that this happened about a year ago with the same text. I knew it was a fraudulent.
