Since we've been there we have gone through so much things, the first thing that went through was when we got placed there our room, the toilet was stopped up with someone else feces, the sink was broken the door looked like somebody kicked it in the mattresses that was in the room one bed looks like someone had their menstral and the other one looks like its just filthy, they only gave one us one set of sheets and one blanket, the chairs and the table that they provide in every room one chair is broken and the table turns like a steering wheel. The food they give us is only one little tray of food and you would have to fight to get seconds and if you miss dinner they tell us that we can't eat because we were not there. We have asked the staff for cleaning supplies and they act like they don't have it and they told us if your room isn't clean you can get logged out the day i asked them it was 11/20 and til this day we still don't have our supplies yet and they told us that we have to put a work order in and they also put it in the log book and still nothing and when i asked they didn't give us anything. The food stamps that we are suppose to get we don't because get them because the facility we are in feeds you, but what if we are not there because we are looking for housing or taking care of an appointment that they have us going to and we miss our meals and we don't get back until curfew, on top of the fact my husband is diabetic and because we have to go all these places my husband and i don't eat all day and he gets very weak and we're thinking that we can go back to the building to get something to eat and they tell us you missed dinner so you can't eat. We can't even bring food to our room we don't even have our own key to our room we have to tell the security to open our room door and they take their sweet time doing that. Right now my bed is broken and i told them that the same day i told them about the cleaning supplies and once again nothing has been done about that either and that is also in the log book. 11/19 my husband slipped in the shower and we told them that as well and nothing was done and i think that he either fractured or broke his collar bone, we asked them about a shower mat and they told us they don't supply that, his shoulder is very swollen and he can't really move his arm certain ways and if he does he says ouch and now he is saying that the pain is moving to his other shoulder with the pain that he is going through he can barely sleep at night because of that pain. We have a curfew of 10 pm get 1 min grace period after curfew what is 1 min with a 10 pm curfew. The staff is very unprofessional as well as unorganized. The staff that we've dealt with that are unprofessional is shift supervisors are mr. Godfeid, mrs. Taylor, ms pat and the one above them is mrs. Jackman
