Received a text from 612-723-5415 on 11-20 @ 1141pm CST that stated the following:
"Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://TargetContest.com / and enter code XXXX to claim your free $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours!"
I have my number on the do not call list. Why am I getting these random text messages?
