I do not wish to file a complaint against Target due to it being a scam, but I was sent the scam message saying that "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24hrs." The number that sent it was 951-902-5968. Stop these guys.
