I preordered 3 items from your online store over a month ago. I recieved one and the other 2 I have gotten the release date changed 3 times. Your company did not even have the courtesy to notify me until this last time, I had to call and they would tell me of the change each time. This is poor customer service which is probably why so many of your stores have closed down and why your company is facing bankruptcy. I have disappointed one of my grandchildren's who was supposed to recieve his item by his birthday on sept. 1 and my second grandchild will be facing the same disappointment on the 28 of sept. It is shameful that you would conduct your business in this way. If you are unsure of a release date or how many of an item you are getting in then you should not presell said items. Thank you for making me a bad grammy who "forgot" her grandchildren.
