I received a text from Target that said I won a $ 1,000.00 dollar gift card and to use the confirmation # when going to (Target contest.com). And follow prompts to receive card. I put bogus stuff and at the end it said I was the winner for washington. Haha. Someone needs to figure a way to block these adds. I am still getting stupid texts on my cell from that 509 number. I ignore and delete the. Gets very irritating. Help. Thank you
