I purchased a pair of boots from Shop-Cora online. Paypal handled the payment.instead of receiving boots, I received a rubber pencil. I filed a claim with Paypal who said they will reimburse the $53.55 if I mail the rubber pencil back to China and have the item tracked. It will cost me about $25 to do this. I will never purchase an item again through an unknown vendor. I will also never purchase an item using Paypal since they want me to pay half of the value of the item to prove I got scammed. I can't believe Paypal continues to do business with this company.
