This company advertised a free sample and all you are supposed to pay is postage and packaging, but 2 weeks later they take money out of your bank account. If you haven't read their T&Cs before hand, and ~ (they are so small that you don't see them to start with!). They say that you have 18 days to decline their taking money, but they take the money after 14 days so it's too late to get your money back as they quote their terms and conditions to you. Bad practice helping themselves to peoples money! Theft I call it!
