I ordered a Nikon D7000 DSLR on June 30. It is now Thanksgiving day. I have called several times to find out where my order is and have heard everything from "You should get it in a couple of weeks" to "Its still in Malaysia" to "You should get it any day now". I like to call from time to time just to hear what they say. When I didn't accept any of their offers over the phone, (a week later), they still hadn't sent the product which was for my wife' birthday on July 11. They asked me if I wanted to delete the order and they were more than happy to do so. Obviously they weren't happy that I didn't accept the upgrades. I would like for something to be done to dishonest people such as this. The scary thing is they still have my VISA card #. Maybe someday I will get the product. I doubt it.
