I received a text from 951-902-5827 stating, "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." Upon visiting the web site mentioned, i discovered the web site did not exist. I then googled the web address and this scam site was displayed.
