Target scam text message stating: "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card withing 24 hours." I read an article online which stated that this is a popular scam going around, and to report the details. I am not familiar with this phone number.
