Text Message Saying There Is A Gift Card From Target Contests.com

I received a text message in early morning hours reporting that if I went to a web site and entered a number I would win a prize. I did not go to the web site, but saw all the scam messages listed. I pay for each text, and when the message came in, it woke me up.
