I was sewnt a message from best buy stating i won 1,000.00. I went to best buys claim center as asked by them and found nothing but complaints. Will you help me on how to claim my gift. I have been a worthy buyer at best buy and have several hard time in them being compliant to their warranties & gaurentees.
