The 3 day Trial membership for $ 1.95 was a misleading advertisement. I know the details of the the trial and the procedure for cancelation. First of all I paid for my 3 days on the 14th could NOT interact or use the services until the 15th, my pictures were not approved for 2 days, (which means nobody will talk to you until they see a picture) my emails were edited by them not allowing any personal contact with other members. I called and talked to customer service on the 16th to find out why my pictures were not displayed as nobody wants to correspond with you if you dont have a picture posted and I told her that I couldnt even correspond until the 15th and she said not to worry my account wouldnt be billed until the 18th and hopefully my pictures would be approved soon. Well that is contradicting... Here is your 3 day trial but you really only get partial services, no pictures, no personal emails sharing personal information and we will bill you a day early. I am mad I called to cancel on the 17th since I was told I would be billed on the 18th and I was alarmed to find that they had already taken the 49.99 out of my account. Its bullshit that these companies think they can get away with this kind of stuff. So I found a website that will investigate it and if enough complaints are filed they can file a class action suit on all of our behalves. So please file a complaint so as a group we can get our money back and teach them a lesson. I will post the attorney's information soon so check back.
