I tried to cancel my membership with mate1.com within the 3 day trial period. Their offices are closed from the 888# provided on the web. Then I tried to email them based on the email address on their message: support#mate1.com. The email came back with a failed (error) message. Next I contacted them at their email address [email protected]. And received this: [Mate1 Ticket#: 2012090213004921] Re: Your suggestions to us, however, they state on the automated response form that, "If you have a billing, membership or general site inquiry, please contact Customer Support." I certainly hope with all the run-around, they will honor the 3 day cancellation period, even though I was perhaps 5 minutes late, having not been successful in reaching them by phone to cancel and then had to find alternate ways to try to reach them.
