I was browsing an gay oriented adult website called adam4adam and on that site there was an advertisement for "exposedstraightboys.com" The videos that they advertised were of my interest, so I clicked on the link to go to the site.

Nats=MTAwMDI2ODIuMTUxLjgyOC4zMDcxLjAuMC4wLjAuMA as you can see on each one of the images on that advertisement it says a time and when you put the mouse on top of an image it shows you that you can play the video, however once you click on the video that you want to see, it takes you to the join the site portal.
On the Join site portal there are 2 options, one for 2 day trial for $1 or $29.95 for 30 days, I selected $1 dollar trial to see if I really liked the site. Once I filled the information on that portal I was taken to the billing section where it said clearly that I was joining a $1 trial for 2 days and that if I did not cancel within the 2 days membership will recur automatically every 30 days at $39.95.
There was other 2 checkmarks already checked for other 2 sites which I unchecked so that I did not fall for that trick and be billed extra for those other sites and a checkmark certifying that I was 18 or older. This page also said "You may cancel your recurring purchase at any time by visiting our customer service at seventsupport.com" which I had plan to do right away before I forgot it was for 2 days trial mode as I did not want to be billed if the site was not of my taste.
Once I finished putting my credit card information and I clicked on "click here to activate account"
After that I was taking to another offer which I rejected and then I was finally taken to a site where I could see only pictures and there were no videos (the videos on the original advertisement) I clicked on one of the pictures to see it in a bigger version and then all of the sudden I get a message on the screen saying "your trial membership has been upgraded to full membership"
I did not even went on the site and I used immediately the chat feature at http://www.seventsupport.com / as they were the billers and I explained to the lady (if it really was a lady) that I was upgraded to full membership without my authorization, then she says to me " I do not understand what you mean" so I explained her that I clicked on a picture and all of the sudden I was upgraded and that I did not want to upgrade without seeing first what it was advertised. Her reply was that for the customers convenience they made it so that if customers clicked on a picture it would automatically upgrade and bill you for full membership $39.95 plus the $1 for the 2 days trial.
I told her that their actions were not right and that it was a tricked and she refused to refund my money, I got very upset and I did course at her, then she pretended to be victim and said that it was not her fault that she just worked for a company and at the end I apologized to her, she still did not give me my money back and instead "supposedly" extended my full membership for 2 months instead of one, she said that it was the only thing she could do. I told her to cancel any memberships they could have in mind for my credit card and that I did not want to see their name on my statement at all.
Since I had no other option then I browsed the site to see the advertised videos of the original advertisement that made me join (http://exposedstraightboys.com/t1/? Nats=MTAwMDI2ODIuMTUxLjgyOC4zMDcxLjAuMC4wLjAuMA) and none of the videos advertised are at all in that site, so I went back again to complaint and their answer was "for our customers satisfaction we do not keep videos, we constantly update our contents so that customers don't get bored" So I told the person that it was false advertisement and misleading and that I demanded my money back.
The person did not give me my money back and played smart with me to not refund the money they took from me.
I believe I am not the only one with this problem and I am sure that hundreds if not thousands of people have fall for this trick company and they dirty game and I would like to take legal action against them, I believe that it could be possible for a clash action against them.
