@ 9:09pm on 11/16, I recieved a text from 619-961-0201 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContest.com and enter your winning code 6354 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." I was suspicious because I could not remember shopping at Target last month let alone filling out one of their sweepstake forms.
