When I was accessing the Sears website, a "survey" popped up from mysurveyscenter.net. They implied that Sears was operating the "survey" and would give a gift of a bottle of cologne for the price of shipping and handling ($5.99) for answering the three or four questions. As I was putting in my Visa card number, I noticed that a box had appeared to get speedier shipping for $2.00 extra. I unchecked the box and then the website disappeared. My Visa statement showed that they had charged the full $7.99 even though I had unchecked the box. The next month (November) a $95.00 charge was on my bill. When called by Visa, someone named Alex said that I had all the "terms" of the "subscription" (whatever that is) and Visa accepted their word over mine and considered the charge valid. I am currently protesting through other avenues.
