After stating trial sample was free on the internet. They billed my Visa for $99.99. Which I did not receive as of this date

After seeing something on the internet advertising a sample bottle of cologne or perfume product to be sent to me free of charge.
I ordered the sample product with a $4.99 shipping charge.
I thought that the shipping charge was kind of steap for a sample bottle.
I received by visa bill yesterday with a charge of 95.00 & 4.99 shipping charge.
As of this date of april 1 i have never received my sample bottle & furthermore do not want it. I am not paying close to $100.00 for any perfume o5r cologne.
I will stick to my red door perfume.
I have already called your direct number & they told me to e-mail you @ this e-mail adddress.
I have also called visa & disputted this charge.
