I bought two bid packs, but won nothing. According to their rules, if you don't win on your first auction they will refund your first bid pack. I would like my money back ($68), but since no one replied to that I asked for my promised bid pack of 200 bids. NO answer after 4 emails. This company is a total rip off. They have done nothing they have promised.
