My husband and I stopped to buy cigarettes. Camel Lights. They had the special 2 pack deal which goes for $15.75 at all other stores as well as the Buy 1 get one free packs. So we ask how much for the special this store told us $16.50 then we ask for the buy one get 1 free packs and they tell us they are $15.50 now I know alot of these bodegas scam us but this was ridiculous. Granted cigarettes are expensive now This was insane for them to try and pocket over $7 per (buy1 get1 free) pack. Cigarettes are around $9.30 per pack by me and this brand is actually cheaper than that. So If they are selling a double pack which is BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, it should be priced at what a single pack is priced at. Most of these bodegas are all doing the same thing. How can we stop them from ripping us off. I will be contacting the tobacco company as well.
