I have a letter from them postmarked 11/7
saying I had won $ 1,130, 402.33 among 235,741 others. They say in the letter that this amount is now prepared for issuance to me. I had to send $20.00 for document release fee. I had to reply within 10 days; I have proof that they received my reply on 11/14 (7 days). I have heard nothing from them.
