We were ordering some stuff on line, used this website. Used the debit card, had several issues, bank related, fixed those issues, but then could still not get transaction to go through. Look at online banking, and find out they were paid 3X the price of their product. Tried calling their 800 #, could not talk to someone, went to their online help, which was no help at all. Tried to get someone to fix the issue, hear that it would take their billing dept 3-5 days to fix this... Meanwhile my account has $950 frozen until this is fixed. Not a good way of doing business!!!
