There was a total of $ 250.00 given to Liz Provenza who is the main person in charge of handling any property management. We understand that there was a $ 50.00 charge for going to serve a 5 day to the tenant living in our rental. The dispute is the $ 200.00 for the main reason being that she never did the eviction like we were promised to us from the start. There was the $150.00 start up fee that was crossed out and she initialed next to it. Which means that there was no start up fee we were told since she did not have to evict our tenants.in just a short 3 weeks period of dealing with her she only collected two small partial payments for us. The problem was on the 20th of October Liz Provenza was suppose to collect $ 400.00 for us (the owners) from the tenants of our property but instead only collected $ 180.00 and had the renter sign a 5 day. The worst part is that she took it upon herself to give a verbal agreement to our renter to not have to pay the remainder which was $ 220.00 for October which was 12 entire days!!! WITHOUT THE APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER. She should have started the eviction process on the 6th day not give a verbal from the 20th of October until the 1st of November. If there is any owner to a property that may be thinking of going with a proprty management company do not go with Liz at Provenza or you will be unhappy like we were.
