I ordered and received 2 trial samples from Colocleanse Pure for $4.99 each and then canceled my auto refills because I did not like the product and it was not forthcoming about the price of the monthly supplements. I have been scammed by them charging me for full size bottles and when i demanded they credit my account and they wouldn't I asked for their corporate address. It appears they gave me an alleged corporate address in Utah so I thought I would ask for the Utah Attorney Generals Office for assistance. They claim there address is 2625 South 600 West Salt Lake City, Utah but when I googled it I got an altogether different business. These creeps have charged me $180.00 and claim they sent me two full size products which I never received or wanted. I ordered two trial samples for $4.99 each and canceled any further shipments by leaving a message and sending an email. Now they are claiming they never received notice and they mailed out the full size samples. Can you please help if you've filed a complaint and/or gotten your money back. This is a ton of money for me. They have a corporate phone number of 866-745-8629 but they make you hold for at least 20 minutes before even answering and then they argue with you that they sent the products, which i never received and I canceled anyways. Help please!
