I received link from "safe" email address - Ordered the Herbal Weight Loss -
My credit card was charged with the amount and here I was, waiting for the product to arrive...
According to DHL Tracking History, my parcel is delivered to SA DHL - but after 2 months, still no sign of it. Johannesburg DHL confirmed on 4th of October that the parcel did arrive in SA, and will shortly be delivered -
Phoned DHL Cape Town today, 14th November - but they cannot find this parcel, because I do not have a AWB number - only a tracking number.
Interesting that I can track it, but it is nowhere to find?
I have also emailed several times the email address Support. Hcg. [[email protected]] - to ask for assistance to find this parcel, but no response at all.
