I signed a proposal with Tom to "cut out pine tree stump and dispose of grindings" on 9/2. He asked for $50.00 cash up front which I paid and he promised it done within a week. I called Tom on 10/2 because the stump was not cut down. He said he lost my number and was going to call me. Once again, he said he would get it done that week and hurried me off the phone. I called him again on 10/08 and he said it would be done that week. He stated he had a list of customers that need stumps ground but he needs to get the trees done first. I asked him to get my job done before winter, he understood and said it would be done. I called him on 11/02/12-stump still not done-no answer. I called on 11/3,4times on 11/7, 11/10, 11/11,12 times on 11/13 and twice today- 11/14. The phone either went straight to a recording stating the cell phone customer has traveled out of the area or it rang until it went to the recording. There is no address information on the proposal. I know of one other customer that has had the same experience with this business.
