The Number of of the ciggarttes in a packet

I am a smoker of Pall Mall. I have a complain regarding the number of the cigarettes in a packet. I found that all packets have only 19 cigarettes rather than 20s. Everyday when I buy those cigarettes I count the number of them and they always have 19 instead of 20s. This is more likely as a cheating for your consumers. Thanks Ibra
