Lies, Deceptive Advertising both on-line AND on TV, Lying telephone representatives. I did not even COMPLETE my on-line order, and somehow the company pushed it through. I called them WITHIN ONE MINUTE to make sure and told the rep "I DO NOT WANT THE LANTERNS, CANCEL THE ORDER YOU MAGICALLY RECEIVED AND DON'T CHARGE MY ACCOUNT." Of course they agreed, even gave me a confirmation number. I even e-mailed them to confirm. HA HA HA! Surprise, I got their ripoff lanterns today at my home! With a charge to my credit card! Am now reporting them to BBB, PSC, Internet Fraud, Consumer Protection and Attorney General, also www.ripoffreports.com. I urge all of you to do the same. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN, the sooner the better. Please follow through.
