This guy is doing credit card fraud. Using someone else credit card to make purchases online. He has the owners billing address and card information. The credit card owner lives in Rosehill, New Brunswick. And the scammer lives at:

It's possible that is not his real name but anything using that address or phone number i would watch out for.
