I discovered on September 20 a "typed" check to YR Benefits in my 91 yearold mothers list of processed checks. I called the number 888-778-0073 and asked what this was for. My mom had no idea what this was for. I was told that it would take 21 days for the refund. Called the number today and got a recording tocall back during business hrs... It was business hours! As of today there has been nothing. Did I expect something... Yes... But now I don't think the money will be recovered. Any suggestions.
