I bought this product knowing that I would be charged for shipping for a sample. However I reacted severely to this product. The contact telephone details given on their web site states the number is either disconnected or busy. I would like my money refunded as I cannot use this product even after doing a test patch on my arms. I have spent more of fixing the severe reaction than on the product itself. I am in Austrlia and would like some sort of resolution to this situation prederably a refund for the products or compensation for the medical costs. How can a client cancel a product if they cannot contact the company. A scam in my view.
